When you request quotes we collect the details you enter in the request form: your name, phone number, email address, property location, a description of the problem, and any photos you choose to upload. Contractors who apply to join the network submit business, licence, and insurance details.
How we use your information
We use your request to match you with contractors in our network who serve your area and handle your type of job, and to follow up with you about that request. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties or advertising networks.
Sharing with contractors
Your request details are shared with the contractors matched to your job so they can contact you with a quote. Contractors are expected to use those details only to respond to your request.
Data storage and access
Requests and uploaded photos are stored in our hosted database and file storage. Access is limited to authorised staff accounts, which require a sign-in.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your request information at any time by emailing hello@marylandcontractorhub.com. You can also ask a contractor to stop contacting you directly.
