These terms are maintained by Maryland Contractor Hub and apply to everyone using this website.
What we are
Maryland Contractor Hub is a referral service. We are not a licensed contractor and we do not perform home repair work. We connect homeowners with independent contractors who serve their area.
Homeowner requests
Submitting a request is free and places you under no obligation to hire anyone. You agree that the contact details you provide are accurate and that matched contractors may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email.
Contracts and work quality
Any agreement for work is directly between you and the contractor you choose. Pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and disputes are the responsibility of that contractor. We screen for licensing and insurance at the time of application but do not guarantee the outcome of any job.
Contractor participation
Contractors must hold the licences and insurance required for the work they accept in Maryland and must keep that information current. We may pause or remove a contractor from the network at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, scrape the site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may decline service to anyone who does.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
